Paccomm requires all orders be paid prior to shipment. Non-stocked items must be prepaid prior to acceptance of order for manufacture.
Paccomm accepts cash, check, or money order for payment. Credit card payment may be made via PayPal.
COD (USA only) must be paid in cash, cashier's check, or money order. COD shipments incur a $ 10.00 COD fee.

Paccomm products are carefully designed,built,and tested to provide excellent value and long service. All products carry a 30 day money-back guarantee to allow for the return of units that do not meet your requirements. Returned units must be in "like-new" condition. A restocking fee will apply. All carry a 12 month warranty. This warranty does not apply to amateur products used in commercial applications, or which have been damaged by misuse or accident. Paccomm will repair or replace, at its option, any unit in warranty which is returned to the factory and found to be defective.

Repair Service
Paccomm provides a rapid repair service for products covered under warranty, as well as low cost repairs for items that have surpassed the warranty period. Carefully package the unit and send it to the address listed on our homepage. Please include a written description of the problems experienced and the repair service desired. Also include contact/shipping information. Normal service turnaround is under 10 days. We stock all parts for our units.
